Let me tell you a story on how I first made this meal, I was first starting out to go to the gym and I need some thing easy and fast to make in the morning that was filled with protein that when come up with this recipe. THE TOASTED AVOCADO CHICKEN EGG SANDWICH.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of whole grain bread (or bread of your choice)
- Mayonnaise
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, cilantro, etc.
How to Make Toasted Avocado Chicken Sandwich:
1. Start by toasting your bread slices until they reach your desired level of crispiness

4. Once the bread is toasted, first spread your on each slice mayonnaise, spirkle some grated chedder cheese and a generous amount of mashed avocado onto each slice.
5. Prepare you chicken breast with olive oil and butter in your pan that preheated.
6. Season it with salt and black pepper then fry the chicken breast for 5mins on each side.
7. Then cut your chicken breast into pieces and layer on top each slice of toast.
8. Place the cooked eggs on top of the chicken.
9. Add any optional toppings you desire, such as cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, or cilantro.
10. Sprinkle with a bit more salt and black pepper if desired.
11. Serve your avocado toast with chicken breast and egg immediately and enjoy this mouth watering meal!
