Today we making the best chicken curry you ever tasted. This recipe will make your taste bits cheerful and this delicious recipe is rich in protein and nutrients. The perfect 30 minutes meal it's easy make and believe me when I say it will satisfy cravings.
Let make Chicken Curry.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml olive oil
- 800 g chicken thigh fillets (cut into thirds)
- 50 g butter
- 10 ml chopped fresh garlic
- 15 ml chopped ginger
- 10 ml grounded cumin
- 10 ml ground coriander
- 10 ml garam masala
- 5 ml paprika
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 450 g chopped and peeled tomatoes
- salt and grounded black pepper for delicious taste
- 400 g coconut milk
- 60 ml chopped coriander
How to Make Chicken Curry:
- Heat the olive oil in a large fry pan and fry the chicken fillets till golden brown. Remove from the fry pan and set aside.
- Add the butter to the pan and fry the garlic, ginger and add spices for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken fillets to the pan.
- Add tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is tender. Adjust the seasoning.
- Pour the coconut milk and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- Add the coriander before serving with rice.
This dish is versatile and can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Feel free to add other vegetables or mushrooms, or spice it up with some chili flakes for extra heat.
